 Looking for a venue other than a hotel to plan your next meeting? Let the Catering professionals at Belle Haven Country Club handle all of the details.  They can work with you in planning a very productive meeting where your attendees will make the most of their time away from the office.
Our banquet facilities, which feature a separate banquet entrance for you and your guests, will offer the best setting in Northern Virginia for your event. Our lovely pre-function area will provide the perfect setting to begin your event. Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and Potomac River, the Ballroom will make any host proud. Our meeting space consists of a ballroom divisible into three equal sections. We can accomodate up to 300 people for an elegant, seated reception and 250 people with dinner seating and dance floor. Whether your meeting or event includes breakfast,lunch, dinner and dessert, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, our catering professionals will assist you in planning all of your food and beverage needs with a complete menu. |
The Potomac Room, on the third floor, overlooks the 18th fairway and hole with beautiful views of the Potomac River. It is a great location for meetings, small parties, cocktails or private dinners and will accommodate 50 people for a sit down dinner; 30 people with a sit down buffet.
We also have our formal dining rooms and living room available for sitdown breakfasts, luncheons and dinners.
